Course bookings and terms of business

Enquiries can be made by telephone or e-mail.

Either supply the details requested below or GO TO BOOKING FORM NOW AND PRINT COPY

Bookings MUST be accompanied by payment of the course fee IN FULL (cheques should be made out to "Mr C.J.Dickinson") and sent as follows:

An invoice can ONLY be issued on receipt of an official order form/number

If not using a booking form then please send the following information with your payment:

Course number / title of course/ date(s) of course
Name of participant/Number of pupils and year if applicaable
School or organisation and mailing address
Contact telephone number
Mobile number if possible for contact on day of course
e-mail address
Indicate if you would like to be notified of course participants interested in sharing transportation

IMPORTANT NOTES

Closing date for ALL 2008 field study courses is 23rd May (except O8SAGT - 10th October 2008)
Bookings are accepted on a first come basis upon course payment only
A receipt of payment will be sent on receipt of your booking
Where a course is cancelled by us a full refund will be given
In the case of withdrawals after the closing date no refund is possible
The organiser reserves the right to alter course dates, but where such an alteration does not allow a prospective participant to attend on the new date then a full refund will be given
All participants must be in good health to attend and should advise the organiser in advance of any medical condition that it would be desirable for the course tutor to know about
Course fees do not include accommodation, meals, refreshments or transportation except where indicated
Clothing and footwear appropriate to the field study, location and season are strongly advised
