You can make a booking on this form.   We recommend that you make a copy of the form BEFORE sending it, for your records.   When more than one teacher is booking on a CPD course please complete one copy each.   For groups of pupils indicate year and number expected.   Complete one form for each course booked.   Send booking form(s) with remittances and/or official order forms to:

More detailed descriptions of courses are available on request. Either telephone, mail or e-mail your request and remember to give your name, address and the title and number of the course(s) that you are interested in. In most cases these descriptions can be sent to you electronically if you have provided an email address.

Course descriptions and joining instructions will automatically be sent to anyone who makes a confirmed booking (including course fee) by mail or email as appropriate.

Bookings MUST be accompanied by the payment of the appropriate course fee IN FULL (cheques made out to "C.Dickinson").  

A receipt of payment will be sent on receipt of your booking.   If an invoice is required then an official order MUST be received before the closing date to secure a place on a CPD course,   or reserve a date for a pupil course.

Please make booking BEFORE relevant closing date (see course calendar). Bookings are accepted or dates reserved on a first come basis.   Some CPD and pupil bookings can be accepted after the closing date if places are available and the courses are still running.

Where a course   is cancelled a full refund will be given. The organiser reserves the right to alter course dates, but where an alteration does not allow a prospective participant/school to attend on the new date then full a refund will be given. In the case of withdrawals after the closing date no refund is possible, prior to that 90% refund is given.

All participants must be in good health to attend and should advise the organiser in advance of any medical condition that it would be desirable for the course tutor to know about. Clothing and footwear   appropriate to the study, location and season are strongly advised as are packed lunches (except where provided) and a warm drink.
